Taxi cab drivers in New York are really steamed that the city is making GPS and credit card machines mandatory. Apparently, cabbies there feel providing better service to customers is somehow screwing them out of being able to screw their customers. And you know, maybe they have a point. NYC just wouldn't be the same if you didn't get ripped off by a cabbie every now and then. Actually, that could really impact tourist dollars coming into the city from thrill seekers looking for the "real" New York experience.
